Terms and Conditions of Sale:
You should be aware that all products and prices listed on the website are only accurate at the time of its publishing, products are subject to availability and their pricing is also subject to change without notice.
All items are in Australian dollars and prices are included GST 10%.
It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your food or beverage order aligns with your dietary requirements, including any intolerances or allergies you may have. We recommend carefully reviewing the description of each item and utilizing available options, such as specifying preferences like "no peanuts" or "no chili," to accommodate your needs.
It is solely your responsibility that our foods need to be eaten or kept in refrigerator right after pickup/delivery otherwise its quality will be dramatically reduced and generally unsafe to consume.
Please note that there may be slight variations in color, shape, and appearance between the actual product and its picture on the website. Additionally, due to the handmade nature of some products, not all items of the same kind will be exactly identical.
The avarage handling time between when an order is placed and when it ready for pick-up/delivery is 10 minutes.
Each order is limited to a maximum of 20 items. If you require a larger order or need to place an order for special items, we kindly request that you contact us directly by phone or visit our store during our working hours. Our staff will be happy to assist you, and such orders may require additional processing time and are typically ready for pick up the following day.
Our online sale prices are the same as the prices in-store. There is no difference in pricing between the two.
During the checkout and payment process, you will be redirected to Stripe secure pages. Strip is fully responsible for handling the payment transaction, and they have their own security policy in place to ensure the safety of your payment information. Before proceeding with your order, we recommend reviewing their payment terms and privacy policy in the Stripe’s website (https://stripe.com). If you do not agree with their terms and policy, we kindly ask you to cancel your order.
For credit card payments, a surcharge per transaction is applied. If you use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Square Pay, please refer to their respective policies when signing up with them.
Return and Refund Policy:
If you change your mind, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.
You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This includes situations where:

# The item received does not match the product ordered.

Your claim about our products must be taken as soon as possible within 24 hours of pickup/delivery by:

Remember to retain your proof of purchase, such as the receipt, for reference.
Due to the fluctuating availability of our products, there may be instances where the remaining quantity of a specific item may change rapidly, making it difficult for us to update the information in real-time. In the event that you have already placed an order but our staff discovers that the item is not available in the quantity you requested, we will promptly contact you. We will offer you the option to either choose a similar value item as a replacement or receive a full refund for the cost of the unavailable item. To provide further clarification, if multiple items are ordered together and only some of them are unavailable, we will offer a refund or replacement specifically for the unavailable items, rather than the entire order.
No refund will be provided in cases where you have paid for an order but fail to pick it up or are unavailable at the delivery address, provided that such issues are not due to any fault on our part or the fault of our delivery partner.
