Journeying Back to Childhood

 

It is unknow when the heirloom profession of making cakes in the family has began. But for little girl HAI, every summer break meant bringing homemade cakes to the village market to sell. As she grew up to become an economic journalist, she often participated in professional cooking competitions and continued to make cakes for family and friends on special occasions, holidays, and to experiment with new recipes.

 

Then, as if orchestrated by fate, HAI became the owner of Tonmax Bakery, a renowned bakery in the region, to back her childhood passion for baking, but now in one bustling shopping center. She breathes new life into the bakery, devote her mind to perfecting each cake and dish, ensuring a harmonious and delicate balance of flavors with aromatic herbs and spices, as well as expert baking and cooking techniques.  Each cake and dish that emerges from the bakery carries her heartfelt wish to bring health and joy to everyone who enjoys them.
